Siemens Energy is seeking an IT Communication & Change Management Specialist to drive awareness and adoption of IT services across the Americas. You will craft engaging materials, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT communications or change management, strong writing and presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Change Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of IT communications, organizational change management, internal communications, employee engagement, or user adoption experience.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, business-focused communications.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute IT communications and change management plans for IT services and digital transformation across the Americas.
• Create, edit, and publish communications across channels (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams, Outlook, presentations, videos, newsletters, digital campaigns).
• Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust communications to improve outcomes.
