RS Americas is seeking a Change Manager to lead organizational change efforts across strategic initiatives. You will apply ACMP standards, assess impacts, engage stakeholders, and drive readiness and adoption in a complex, matrixed environment.

Work with business leaders, PMOs, HR, and functional teams to embed change into project plans and measure adoption outcomes. A strong coaching and communications skillset is essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Formal change management training or certification required (LaMarsh, Prosci, APMG, Kotter, etc.).
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Additional certifications in project management, agile methods, or organizational development are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and delivery of change management strategies and plans.
• Assess change impacts, readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coach leaders and facilitate workshops to build sponsorship.
• Develop communications and training aligned to change initiatives.
• Track adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.
