Siemens Energy is seeking an IT Communication & Change Management Specialist to drive awareness and adoption of IT services across the Americas. You will craft engaging materials, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT communications or change management, strong writing and presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, Portuguese is a plus.

  • Develop and execute IT communications and change management plans for IT services and digital transformation across the Americas.
  • Create, edit, and publish communications across channels (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams, Outlook, presentations, videos, newsletters, digital campaigns).
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and adjust communications to improve outcomes.

A Snapshot of Your Day

As an IT Communication & Change Management Specialist, you will help drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of IT services, digital solutions, and transformation initiatives across the Americas region. You will work closely with IT service owners, project managers, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure that communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Throughout your day, you will develop communication strategies, create compelling content, coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, and support change management initiatives that enable employees to successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working. You will also play a key role in monitoring communication effectiveness, gathering feedback, and continuously improving adoption outcomes across the region.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and service-oriented professional who enjoys translating complex technical information into meaningful experiences for diverse audiences.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and execute communication and change management plans supporting IT services, digital transformation programs, and process improvement initiatives across the Americas region.
  • Partner with IT service owners, project managers, subject matter experts, and business leaders to define communication objectives, key messages, stakeholder needs, and engagement strategies.
  • Create, edit, and publish compelling communication materials across multiple channels, including SharePoint, Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, presentations, videos, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
  • Translate technical concepts and complex information into clear, user-friendly, and business-focused communications.
  • Design communication assets that align with Siemens Energy corporate identity, accessibility standards, and communication governance requirements.
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities through change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness initiatives, and adoption campaigns.
  • Coordinate communication reviews, approvals, publishing schedules, distribution plans, and communication governance processes.
  • Maintain communication calendars, stakeholder databases, templates, reusable assets, and communication repositories.
  • Organize communication briefings, awareness campaigns, launch activities, town halls, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Monitor communication reach, engagement levels, stakeholder feedback, and adoption metrics to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure communications are culturally appropriate and adapted to diverse audiences across North America, Latin America, and the broader Americas region.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of communication processes, methodologies, templates, and change management practices.
  • Complete additional assignments and special projects as required.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Organizational Change Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT communications, organizational change management, internal communications, employee engagement, or user adoption initiatives.
  • Proven ability to transform technical or complex information into clear, engaging, and business-relevant communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation development skills.
  • Experience creating visually appealing communication materials while adhering to corporate branding standards.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Viva Engage, and related collaboration platforms.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management principles, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting communication campaigns, transformation programs, or enterprise‑wide technology implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple organizational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using communication metrics, feedback mechanisms, and adoption indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focus and service‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Portuguese language skills are considered a strong advantage.
