RS Group in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives across business, process, technology and transformation programs. You will apply ACMP standards, assess impacts, engage stakeholders, and drive readiness and adoption in complex, matrixed environments.

You will partner with leaders, project teams and HR to embed change into plans, develop communications and training, measure adoption, and build change capability across the organization.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, HR, psychology, or communications.
  • Formal change training or certification (LaMarsh, Prosci, APMG, Kotter, etc.).
  • CCMP certification required within 6 months after hire.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in Change Management or related fields.

Responsabilidades

About the Role
Role Purpose

As a Change Manager, you will lead and deliver organizational change management activities that enable the successful adoption of strategic business, process, technology, and transformation initiatives across the organization. Leveraging the ACMP Standard for Change Management and industry best practices, you will assess change impacts, facilitate stakeholder engagement, manage resistance, and drive employee readiness and adoption.

Working within complex, matrixed environments, you will partner with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure people, processes, and systems are effectively aligned to achieve desired business outcomes. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on delivering measurable change results while building organizational change capability.

Responsibilities
Change Management Planning & Delivery
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with the ACMP Standard for Change Management.
  • Apply structured change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks to support business transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain change management deliverables, including stakeholder assessments, impact assessments, readiness assessments, communication plans, training plans, and adoption strategies.
Impact, Risk & Readiness Assessments
  • Conduct organizational change impact assessments to identify affected stakeholders, business processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Evaluate organizational readiness and develop mitigation strategies to address adoption risks and barriers.
  • Proactively identify resistance and implement effective resistance management approaches.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Support
  • Partner with business leaders, sponsors, project managers, HR teams, and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Coach leaders and managers on their role in leading and sustaining change.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and engagement activities to build awareness and sponsorship.
Communications & Training
  • Develop and execute targeted communication strategies that clearly articulate the vision, benefits, impacts, and expectations associated with change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with learning and development teams to design and deliver training programs that support employee readiness and proficiency.
  • Ensure communications and training activities are tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
Project & Change Integration
  • Coordinate change activities across multiple projects and workstreams to ensure consistency of messaging, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts.
  • Develop and maintain change impact maps, stakeholder matrices, and change heat maps to monitor cumulative impacts across initiatives.
  • Work closely with project teams to embed change activities into overall project plans.
Adoption Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and track change adoption metrics, success measures, and key performance indicators.
  • Collect feedback through surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder interviews to assess change effectiveness.
  • Analyze results and recommend corrective actions to improve adoption, sustain outcomes, and strengthen organizational change maturity.
Change Capability Building
  • Promote the use of standardized change management practices, templates, and tools.
  • Support the development of organizational change management capabilities and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on change management best practices and organizational transformation.
Candidate Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Formal change training or certification required (LaMarsh, Prosci, APMG, Kotter, etc.).
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification required no later than 6 months after hire.
  • Additional certifications in project management, agile methodologies, or organizational development are advantageous.
Required Experience
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in Change Management, organizational transformation, business process improvement, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience applying the ACMP Standard for Change Management across multiple change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success delivering change management activities within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience supporting technology, process, operational, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and resistance management activities.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of the ACMP Standard for Change Management, change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to develop executive-level presentations, communications, and change-related reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into practical change and adoption activities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within regional, global, or multi-country environments.
  • Experience supporting ERP, digital, operational excellence, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Project management experience preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
