Cardinal Pintura y Polvo is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Rep to join our team in Tijuana. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, provide quotes, pricing, product information and order status to customers.

Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, following up on orders, and preparing shipping documents for international orders. Bilingual English/Spanish required; travel may be necessary.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed in business administration, logistics, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and comfortable in a manufacturing environment.
