Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service representative to manage international orders, quotes, and returns. You will coordinate with carriers and distributors, verify PO compliance, and ensure timely shipment to customers worldwide.

Requirements include 5–7 years in related areas, advanced English, and strong knowledge of Oracle and Nice CxOne. The role supports cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment in Mexico.

Formación

• 5–7 years of knowledge/experience in the area.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience with international order processing and customer service tools.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and enter orders from international customers via email.
• Ensure order compliance with international requirements set by Customs Compliance.
• Handle inquiries via Nice CxOne or Oracle Service Cloud and provide quotes, returns, and doc flow.
• Monitor orders from entry to on-time shipment and delivery to final destination.
• Coordinate with carriers, manufacturing, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Support in quality investigations, CFs, RMAs, and documentation of complaints.
