Samsara is seeking an experienced Inside Sales leader to drive the Mexico market from our growing team. You will mentor Senior Account Executives, shape outbound strategy, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Order Operations to accelerate growth.

You’ll rely on SFDC and MEDDIC to qualify opportunities, coach high-performing reps, and lead the team toward quota attainment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Formación

• 6+ years sales experience.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
• Strategic problem solving, project management, interpersonal and team management skills.
• Strong track record of overachievement with coaching a team on outbounding.
• Experience with a Proof of Concept or Trial sales motion.
• Ability to provide upward feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor, coach and develop existing Senior Account Executives in outbound calling, conversion, and quota attainment.
• Assist live with deal progression and negotiation across the team.
• Coordinate with Marketing/Growth and Account Development Leadership for quality lead volume in Mexico.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Finance and Order Operations to ensure smooth deal flow.
• Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to grow our business in Mexico.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
