Job summary

The Inside Sales Analyst at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in Mexico City supports the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks, qualifying and managing leads in Salesforce, and preparing customer quotations. This on-site role reports to the Commercial Manager and focuses on accelerating responses and improving the customer experience.

You will maintain data quality, track sales KPIs, and coordinate internal processes to shorten cycle times.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
• Experience preparing and managing customer quotations.
• Strong communication, organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the sales team, facilitating communication with suppliers, customers and distributors.
• Support the preparation of quotations and manage the sales pipeline.
• Track sales KPIs using software tools to improve accuracy of funnel and forecasts.
