Job summary

CIAL Dun & Bradstreet, a leader in commercial data and counterparty decisioning solutions, seeks a Commercial Analytics Analyst for our Sales Team in Mexico City. You will generate, review and interpret KPI data, leverage Salesforce insights, and build forecasts to guide strategic actions.

The role emphasizes analytics, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with the sales team to optimize portfolio performance. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Data/Business analytics.
• Advanced SQL for data extraction and normalization across multiple databases.
• Expert Excel skills for ETL, data transformation and complex business analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI with DAX or Tableau to automate reporting and data models.
• Ability to build internal applications and low-code tools to automate business workflows.
• Strong UX/UI design skills for creating professional and intuitive business interfaces.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce to analyze sales pipeline and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• English - Advanced.

Responsibilities

• Generate and update KPI's for monitoring commercial activity.
• Present KPI's to the commercial management to review the results of the last actions and trigger new action plans.
• Review and understand the information from our CRM to generate Data Quality actions.
• Based on KPI's, historical and current information, generate business forecasts for decision making.
• Salesforce optimization analysis based on historical results.
• Segmentation of clients and products to generate resource optimization strategies.
• Generate reports that provide insights on the behavior of the portfolio.
