Delinea is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize the Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) lifecycle. You will work with senior admins to maintain data integrity and improve user support and system performance.

The role emphasizes configuring flows, managing user access, and translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, in a collaborative hybrid setup in Mexico City.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred or in progress.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Configure Salesforce functionality to support evolving business and sales processes.
• Proactively identify and remedy data quality issues and resolve user and data-related problems.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Manage Salesforce releases, enhancements, sandbox testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain documentation for Salesforce configuration, business processes, and administrative procedures.
• Assist in testing new features, configurations, and integrations.
• Configure flows and business rules that improve the speed and accuracy of the L2Q process.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while considering maintainability and platform best practices.
• Work with senior admins and developers on system enhancements and small projects.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant features.

Conocimientos

2+ years Salesforce experience

Certification in ADM-201 (preferred)
