Flix is seeking a Real Estate Locator for the Mexico region to shape and drive infrastructure growth. You will identify markets, lead land/space contracts, and coordinate with owners, developers, and legal teams to ensure feasible, compliant acquisitions.

The role requires 4+ years in corporate real estate, travel readiness, and fluency in English, with a focus on site selection and commercial expansion.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and real estate experience.
• Strong knowledge of land documentation and leasing processes.
• Willingness to travel and English fluency are required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new markets and location opportunities aligned with expansion.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and closing of land or space contracts.
• Oversee legal document validation and contract execution strategies.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, and legal teams to finalize contracts.
• Manage multiple infrastructure projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with partners and city officials to address permitting issues.
• Handle contract renewals and related administrative tasks.
