Flix is expanding its Real Estate Locator team in Mexico City, seeking a senior professional to identify new markets, negotiate land or lease opportunities, and manage end-to-end contracts. The role requires travel, strong legal/documentation knowledge, and collaboration with City officials and partners.

You will oversee multiple projects (10+), ensuring alignment with Flix’s expansion strategy, and drive timely, compliant site acquisitions while building robust stakeholder relationships.

Formación

• 5+ years in corporate real estate and expansion with site selection and land negotiation.
• Knowledge of land documentation and legal processes (deeds, leases, taxes, water).
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new markets and location opportunities aligned with Flix’s expansion strategy.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and closing of contracts for new land or space in predefined areas or field locations.
• Oversee validation of legal documents to define feasibility and strategies for property accreditation and contract execution.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams to finalize contracts.
• Administer and monitor multiple infrastructure and access projects (10+) with timely execution and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with Business Partners, Operations, and city officials to address infrastructure or permitting issues.
• Manage contract renewals and administrative processes with accuracy and legal alignment.
