Schneider Electric in Mexico City seeks a Territory Delivery Manager to own commercial performance and customer satisfaction in project and service delivery. You will be the primary contact for Sales on pursuits and will lead project managers, engineers and service leaders toward shared goals.

You will apply governance, cadence, and tools such as SGV and SAP to manage risks, forecast revenue, and drive cash.

Formación

• Experts in project and service management processes, comfortable with financial terms and tools.
• Execute their portfolio of projects and services in a predictable manner with regard to revenue, GM, and cash with high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the commercial performance in the delivery of our projects and services.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction with our delivery of projects and services.
• Primary point of contact for Sales for pursuits and business development.
• Become Delivery partner to IA Commercial VP driving Revenue, GM, and cash thus allowing IA Commercial VP to focus on growth strategy.
• Lead PROJECT MANAGERs as well as Engineering and Service leaders to perform the above goal.
• Leverage functional support to meet business needs.
• Participate in Regional meetings and adopt the best practices informed.
• Responsible for conducting Project Review meetings in the third week of the month, registering project status and actions in SGV tools.
• Responsible for communicating relevant announcement, news, goals, etc to his team members.
