Schneider Electric in Mexico City is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Supervisor to coordinate and supervise all outbound transportation from the plant, ensuring on-time, compliant, and cost-efficient deliveries. You will act as the main operations interface between internal teams, customers, and carriers.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, solid knowledge of transportation management and Incoterms, and ERP proficiency (SAP preferred).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of transportation management and customs processes.
• Understanding of international trade regulations and Incoterms.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or transportation operations.
• Experience supervising shipping activities in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise all transportation to ensure delivery performance and cost optimization.
• Execute daily transportation and customs operations according to plans and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to customs, export control, and trade regulations for all outbound shipments.
• Act as the primary plant contact for transportation subcontractors and follow-up on issues.
• Maintain real-time data in the ERP system for all transportation activities.
• Promote continuous improvement in shipping processes, documentation accuracy, and packing quality.
• Verify shipping documentation, process dispatch notes and archive documents.
• Monitor transportation performance and support corrective actions as needed.
