Schneider Electric in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Customer Project Engineer to act as the single point of contact from order opportunity through hand-off to services, coordinating with Front and Back Office teams to protect margin and ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Operations Engineering, 2+ years as a project manager, strong customer service and communication skills, and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Operations Engineering or related field.
• +2 years of experience as project manager
• Focused in customer service
• Project Management skills (Tools, knowledge of economics in project business, ....)
• Supplier management knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced English

Responsabilidades

• Organize and plan low complexity projects
• Manage budget, project schedule, risk & opportunities and Variation Orders & Claims
• Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and Project margin deviation during execution
• Execute projects in full compliance with ETO CPP Process and ETO Toolbox in coordination with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department and Project Buyer
• Review technical specification and take decisions on technical comments raised by the customer.
• Monitor and control projects progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects. Use the tracking board tool and elevate any risks of delay during SIM meetings.
• Maintain a positive relationship with the customer and communicate regularly (correspondence, emails, call, meeting).
• Communicate effectively with the project team and the other departments of the plant (Internal Kick off meeting)
