Apex Group in Mexico City is seeking an End User Technology Analyst to be the onsite contact for local users, handling desktop, telephone, networking, and business applications, and resolving IT requests promptly.

The role reports to the Head of End User Technology and the EUT Team Lead, requiring hands-on support, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work with Group IT to improve efficiency.

Formación

• 3 years' experience in IT support or operations.
• Strong knowledge of MS technologies: Intune, AD, Office 365, Windows 365.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite IT support for the Mexico office.
• Maintain the IT infrastructure and office hardware.
• Support video conferencing and meeting room solutions.
• L2/L3 support to the Service Desk for end-user issues.
• Assist with device provisioning and IT asset management.
