Element Fleet Management in Mexico City seeks an IT professional to set up and maintain computer networks, provide end-user support, and ensure high availability of network infrastructure. You will train new hires on technology tools and manage onboarding/offboarding of IT assets for employees across the region.

Responsibilities include coordinating with global teams, responding to user requests, monitoring networks, and identifying improvements to IT equipment and processes.

Formación

• Proven working experience in providing help desk support, infrastructure, and network engineering.
• Proficiency in English.
• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent, ITIL certification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote support for computer and software issues across Mexico offices.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with IT asset tracking and decommissioning.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot outages to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with L1, L1.5 and L3 teams across DSS, Telecom, Network, Servers, Data and Applications.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory, warranties, and asset recovery for employees.
