PSC Industries is seeking a Senior HCM Analyst in Mexico City for a hybrid role. You will configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits, while translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

You will design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions, collaborating with HR and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Formación

• 6+ years hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Workday business processes and core configuration.
• Proven ability to create Workday reports and analytical dashboards.
• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering functional solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
