Coforge is seeking a Senior HCM Analyst to configure and optimize Workday HCM modules across Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits. You will translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and develop analytical dashboards to support strategic decisions.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and an ability to work in a hybrid environment from Mexico.

Formación

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and core configuration.
• Proven experience creating Workday reports and analytical dashboards.
• Experience gathering business requirements and providing functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting HR business processes and system enhancements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
