Coforge in Mexico is seeking a seasoned Workday HCM specialist to configure and optimize modules like Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits. You will translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and develop analytical dashboards for decision-making.

The role requires deep knowledge of Workday processes, strong analytics, and the ability to collaborate with HR and technical teams in a hybrid environment in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.

Formación

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and core configuration.
• Proven experience creating Workday reports and analytical dashboards.
• Experience gathering business requirements and providing functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting HR business processes and system enhancements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
