Coforge is seeking a Senior HCM Analyst in Hermosillo (Hybrid) to lead Workday HCM solutions including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits. You will design and optimize business processes, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with HR and IT to deliver enhancements in an Agile environment.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience, strong analytics, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting in Mexico.

• 6+ years of hands-on Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and core configuration.
• Proven experience creating Workday reports and analytical dashboards.
• Experience gathering business requirements and providing functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting HR business processes and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions and business processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and analytical dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver enhancements and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
