Coforge is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to configure and optimize Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits. You will translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and partner with HR and technical teams to deliver enhancements.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience, strong analytics, and effective stakeholder communication. Hybrid work arrangement in a global delivery model is offered.

• 6+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience across Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Workday business processes and core configuration.
• Proven ability to design and deliver Workday reports and analytics dashboards.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering functional Workday solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions and business processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and analytical dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver enhancements and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and core configuration.
• Proven experience creating Workday reports and analytical dashboards.
• Experience gathering business requirements and providing functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting HR business processes and system enhancements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certifications.
• Experience with Workday integrations and security.
• Knowledge of additional Workday modules.
• Experience supporting global HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRIS best practices and process optimization.
