Coforge is seeking a Senior HCM Analyst in Mexico to drive Workday HCM implementations across Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits. You will collaborate with HR and IT teams in a hybrid work setup, translating business needs into scalable Workday solutions, building reports and dashboards, and ensuring seamless HR process optimizations.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience and strong stakeholder management, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and agile delivery

Formación

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and core configuration.
• Proven experience creating Workday reports and analytical dashboards.
• Experience gathering business requirements and providing functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting HR business processes and system enhancements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions and business processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and analytical dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver enhancements and continuous improvements.
