Coforge is seeking a Senior HCM Analyst in Mexico for a hybrid work model. You will configure and optimize Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

You will design reports and dashboards, partner with HR and IT teams, and contribute to continuous improvements in HR processes. A 6+ year track record with Workday and strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• 6+ years of hands-on Workday Core HCM experience including Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and core configuration.
• Proven ability to create Workday reports and analytical dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions and business processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and analytical dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver enhancements and continuous improvements.
