PSC Industries in Mexico is seeking a Senior HCM Analyst to lead Workday HCM initiatives across core modules in a hybrid environment.

You will analyze requirements, design scalable HR processes, and build reports and dashboards to guide leadership.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience, strong collaboration, and delivery in Agile teams.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and core configuration.
• Proven experience creating Workday reports and analytical dashboards.
• Experience gathering business requirements and providing functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting HR business processes and system enhancements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.


• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions and business processes.


• Design, develop, and maintain reports and analytical dashboards to support business decision-making.


• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver enhancements and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
