Corges? Coforge in Mexico is seeking a Senior HCM Analyst to Configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits. You will design and maintain reports and dashboards to guide leadership decisions.

The role requires translating business needs into scalable Workday solutions and collaborating with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams in a hybrid work environment in Mexico.

Formación

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and core configuration.
• Proven experience creating Workday reports and analytical dashboards.
• Experience gathering business requirements and providing functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certifications.
• Experience with Workday integrations and security.
• Knowledge of additional Workday modules.
• Experience supporting global HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRIS best practices and process optimization.
