Zendesk is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to support the CX ARR business with scalable, high-quality technical partnership. You will translate customer goals into practical solution concepts, work with multiple teams, and enable faster response times across CX offerings.

Ideal candidates combine strong communication with hands-on technical fluency, and are comfortable presenting demos, workshops, and discovery sessions to executives and technical teams.

Formación

• Professional fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related function.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with executives, business users, and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with account executives on discovery, qualification, and opportunity progression.
• Support multiple opportunities through a pooled coverage model based on impact and urgency.
• Translate customer goals into solution concepts, use cases, and next steps.
• Deliver or support technical discovery sessions, demos, workshops, and PoCs.
• Explain CX, automation, and AI capabilities in practical business terms.
