Job summary

Planet Paymet seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant to partner with Commercial teams, delivering technical and solution design across acquirer multicurrency solutions, DCC, MCP, and e-commerce opportunities in the Americas.

You will bridge sales, product, engineering, and delivery, guiding customers through solution architectures, demos, and implementations in a hybrid in-office/remote setup in Mexico City. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Pre-Sales in payments.
• Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems, including DCC and MCP.
• Familiar with acquirer multicurrency solutions and e-commerce gateways.

Responsibilities

• Support sales lifecycle from discovery to close for payment opportunities.
• Act as technical and solutions expert for Planet products in the region.
• Lead customer discovery to understand requirements and integration needs.
