Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions in the Guadalajara area seeks a Customer Sales Specialist II to support key accounts, manage quotations, orders and fulfillment, and connect customers with internal teams. This role requires 4+ years in sales support, advanced English, and ERP/quoting experience.

Qualifications

4+ years in similar roles or sales support.
Advanced English (spoken and written).
Experience with quoting processes and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Manage daily sales support and customer service for assigned accounts.
Research and resolve inquiries, pre- and post-sales issues promptly.
Act as main liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Oversee quotation, ordering, and fulfillment lifecycle for key accounts.
Manage demand creation, contracts, returns, invoicing, and joint calls to drive metrics.
