Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Customer Order Support professional in the Guadalajara area to deliver expert order processing and sales support across the Inside Sales Team. You will handle end-to-end activities from quote to invoice and manage backlog with urgency.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience or a high school diploma, knowledge of Oracle ERP, and solid Excel skills, with English fluency. This hybrid role offers in-office and remote work in MX.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience or high school graduate with equivalent related experience.
• Industry experience preferred in a similar field.
• Desirable knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Experience supporting sales efforts.
• Communication skills teamwork-oriented.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external customer service and sales support to both Inside Sales and customer engagements.
• Assist Sales with overall Quote to Order activities.
• End-to-end order processing from entry to invoicing and follow-up.
• Backlog management to ensure timely delivery.
• Expedite factory purchase orders with asset portals to meet open orders.
• Handle inbound customer order formats (PDFs, email, documents).
• Submit supplier requirements (Value Added, NCNR, COP) and assist pricing contracts.
• Support sales with reports and first escalation after expedites.
• Coordinate with asset team to process orders and resolve issues.
• Support RMA, CAR, FQR and post-delivery issue resolution.
