Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Digital Inside Sales Specialist in Mexico City to drive high-velocity sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will become a Zendesk product expert and guide both new and existing customers through an informed buying journey.

This is a founding team role in a fast-growing area, with travel for training and a hybrid work schedule. Ideal candidates have a proven track record of meeting targets and 1+ years of software/SaaS sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingüe español e inglés con excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita.
• Al menos 1 año de experiencia en ventas; experiencia en software/SaaS es un plus.
• Capacidad de gestionar múltiples leads y cumplir KPIs en un entorno de alta velocidad.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through phone, Zoom, chat and email.
• Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates.
• Become an expert on Zendesk products.
• Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions.
• Conduct discovery calls, provide demos and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity.
• You will also have a shared revenue target to contribute to.
• Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis.
