Job summary

Stripe is seeking a qualified Implementation Consultant in Mexico to lead the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients from contract signing through launch. You will develop and manage integration architecture, change management strategies, and project timelines, collaborating with Sales and Technical Services to improve the customer journey.

You’ll work with Product and Engineering to align product strategy for large users and support a seamless transition for clients,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working with strategic customers on technology solutions.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven project management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients from contract signing through launch.
