Solera in Mexico City is seeking a technical consultant to support pre- and post-implementation activities, gather customer requirements, and document configuration/test scenarios. You will act as a SME across multiple Solera products and collaborate with sales, product, and training teams to align on roadmaps and customer Deliverables.

The role involves customer training on new configurations, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering thorough, customer-focused implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience in large transformation programs (4–6 years).
• Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal skills within Professional Services.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• JIRA/Confluence
• API Tools POSTMAN, JSON, SOAP, OAuth, XML, CSS
• Excel to Macro level
• Relationship with other Solera Departments / Customers

Responsabilités

• Support pre- and post-implementation processes.
• Act as a technical customer-facing expert and communicate with primary technical contacts.
• Gather customer requirements to deliver thorough, customer-focused implementation and configuration strategy.
• Document test scenarios for configuration to support QA.
• Serve as SME on Solera products and configuration/integration capabilities.
• Collaborate with configuration and training teams to address customer requirements and broader Solera roadmap.
• On occasion train the customer on new configurations.
• Support cross-functional alignment with product and sales to ensure roadmap alignment.
• Provide support on customer deliveries and SME products.
• Assist in generating Professional Services documentation.
