Job summary

Smartly is seeking a hands-on Smart Services Manager in Mexico City to lead paid media implementations for top advertisers. You will collaborate with major platforms and Smartly teams to deliver scalable, repeatable workflows and drive customer value.

You’ll enable customers through training, templates, and coaching while analyzing performance and recommending improvements across strategy, targeting, and creative. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital advertising experience, particularly in paid social.
• Strong customer-facing communication and training abilities.
• English language proficiency for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of paid media campaigns and workflows across major digital platforms.
• Build and configure campaign structures, audiences, feeds, catalogs, and automation workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into clear implementation plans and timelines.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and workflow issues with cross-functional teams.
• Lead customer enablement through training, workshops, and hands-on coaching.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Lead customer meetings and reviews, surfacing recurring product and workflow needs.
