Responsibilities

• Support all stages of the recruitment cycle including postings and interviews.
• Manage Workday ATS and coordinate with recruiters.
• Ensure candidate databases are up to date.
• Generate and send offer letters and collect new hire paperwork.
• Coordinate interview days and travel logistics.
• Assist with recruiting invoices and communications.
• Lead special recruiting projects to improve processes.
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team.
