Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience in HR/ Talent Acquisition or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including complex calendar management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex executive interview schedules across candidates, leaders, functions, geographies and time zones.
• Partner with Executive Assistants, hiring managers, panelists and recruiters to align calendars.
• Manage interview changes and reschedules quickly with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate interview debriefs and key search meetings.
• Support virtual and onsite interview logistics and travel coordination as needed.
