Job summary

The Chemours Company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in a hybrid role based in Mexico City, requiring at least a couple of years in recruiting operations and English fluency. You will coordinate interviews, offers, travel, and onboarding support while maintaining high service levels and compliance.

You will collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and Hiring Managers to ensure timely, accurate hiring processes and positive candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred in HR, Business Administration or related fields; or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Demonstrated advanced level of virtual collaboration tools and Microsoft Office software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and related recruitment activities.
• Manage and monitor the Talent Acquisition team inbox with timely responses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and guide them through the process.
• Initiate and oversee background screening through the vendor’s platform.
• Coordinate relocation support requests and case initiation via vendor platform.
• Prepare and administer employment offers with recruiters and HR stakeholders.
• Arrange candidate travel logistics as required.
• Distribute recruitment and hiring reports to Hiring Managers and HRBPs.
• Maintain the Intern and Co-op tracker and program records.
