Vision Realty and Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Coordinator to keep our rental properties well-maintained and in great living condition, in a partially remote role based in Carrollton, GA.

You will triage maintenance requests, schedule technicians, coordinate with vendors, and manage the service calendar to ensure timely, quality work. Experience in residential maintenance and strong problem-solving skills are valued.

Formación

• Customer service experience required.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and work order management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Residential maintenance experience preferred; Property Meld knowledge a bonus.
• Problem-solving experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance and triage requests.
