In this role, you will drive opportunities, coordinate virtual support, analyze competitors, and educate internal and partner teams on Cisco solutions to achieve customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or Master's with 3 years or PhD with 0 years.
• Proven experience in the technical sales process, including taking the lead on moving deals forward and managing virtual support teams.
• Demonstrated ability in translating customer business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong background in systems integration and architecture to design and present relevant solutions.
• Track record of sales process ownership, including landing opportunities and expanding within accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements with IT and business decision-makers, maintaining up-to-date expertise in Cisco's portfolio.
• Develop strategic plans for customers, lead solutions design, and present relevant solutions.
• Move deals across the technical sales process, managing virtual support teams and leveraging tools.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to position Cisco's value and identify market opportunities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to align strategy and educate on Cisco solutions.
