DE-CIX in Mexico City seeks a Sales Engineer / Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to bridge customer vision and technical reality, helping enterprises and partners unlock the full potential of cloud and interconnection solutions. Be a trusted technical advisor – guide customers on multi-cloud connectivity, secure cloud access, and network optimization through meetings, workshops, and product demos.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, cloud connectivity, or enterprise networking.
• Ability to explain complex tech to engineers and business leaders.
• Team player with strong communication and customer focus.
• Business fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience with cloud interconnection solutions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted technical advisor – guide customers and partners on multi-cloud connectivity, secure cloud access, and network optimization through meetings, workshops, and product demos.
• Design smart solutions – translate business needs into tailored architectures, presentations, and technical proposals that deliver measurable value (ROI/TCO).
• Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with Product, Engineering, and Service Teams to ensure seamless delivery and happy customers at the most influential enterprises, ISPs, and partners in the market.
• Work with cutting-edge cloud connectivity and interconnection technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, SD-WAN, SASE, etc.).
