Qualifikationen

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Strong verbal communication and phone confidence.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
• Healthcare/medical office or subscription-based support experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Guadalajara.
