Job summary

Solvo Global Inc. is seeking a Patient Access & Medical Scheduling Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for patients while supporting appointment scheduling and care coordination.

This on-site role requires fluency in English and Spanish and comfort working in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will register new patients, schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars, and document interactions in EHR/EMR and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in medical scheduling, patient coordination, healthcare administration, or customer service
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Experience using EHR/EMR systems, CRM platforms, and scheduling software
• Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare workflows, and insurance processes is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients via phone, email, and messaging channels
• Register new patients and collect demographic, insurance, and contact information
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
• Manage provider calendars and optimize appointment availability
