Redwood Logistics is seeking an Operations Customer Service Representative in Monterrey. This role supports Mexican customers with daily operational duties in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

You will manage carrier operations, provide updates, and ensure documentation accuracy to optimize transportation performance within North America. The position requires 2+ years in logistics operations, cross-border MX/US/CAN knowledge, and strong English skills.

Formación

• High School diploma required. BS/BA preferred.
• English proficiency at least 80%.
• Minimum of 2 years logistics operations experience with cross-border MX/US/CAN knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate carrier operations to ensure daily capacity and status updates.
• Coordinate capacity to match customer needs among existing carrier base (carrier management).
• Provide trailer details for traceability and documentation purposes.
• Record loads and tenders in the TMS and send rate confirmations to carriers.
• Provide customers with visibility and updated status reports.
• Coordinate with carriers to establish regular updates and tracking reports.
• Communicate with customers, brokers, and consignees to resolve transportation constraints.
• Update load status in the TMS with accurate costs, rates, and dates.
• Meet with carriers to review opportunities and improve capacity utilization.
• Coordinate with broker for border crossing documents (DODA, entry).
• Ensure shipment arrival to border/warehouse with complete documentation.
