Redwood Logistics is seeking a Senior Manager Client Success for Mexico to lead client portfolios and drive strategic initiatives across North America and Mexico. The role combines daily operational duties with strategic account planning, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration in a hybrid Monterrey setup.

You will identify growth opportunities, manage client satisfaction and profitability, and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver value.

Formación

• BS/BA required; Master's degree preferred.
• English proficiency greater than 90%.
• 10+ years in an operational role within transportation/logistics; 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Working knowledge of cross-border MX/US/CAN operations.
• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for meetings and training.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage and own a portfolio of clients and their strategic account plans.
• Identify opportunities to grow services or drive continuous improvement.
• Foster ideation and creativity to drive performance improvements.
• Ensure client retention through strategic adjustments improving profitability and value.
• Document client activities and communications in a timely fashion.
• Coordinate client expectations across Redwood teams for alignment.
• Drive accountability by measuring performance and deliverables.
• Execute annual, monthly and weekly plans to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Develop and own internal/external reporting including Tableau dashboards and on-demand reporting.
