Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Development professional to join our LATAM team in Mexico City. You will drive new business, manage a high volume of inbound leads in our CRM, qualify opportunities for Account Executives, and help upsell and cross-sell to accelerate growth.

A can-do attitude, customer-centric approach, and strong communication are essential. Experience in SaaS sales is a bonus; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is welcome.

Qualifications

• Passion for launching or advancing a career in consultative sales.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; SaaS experience is a plus.
• Business experience (SaaS sales preferred) and customer-centric mindset.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and drive to overachieve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business for the LATAM region.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads in our CRM to qualify opportunities for AEs.
• Upsell and cross-sell before passing to Account Executives.
• Represent Zendesk with a positive, customer‑centric experience.
• Learn and grow within the sales career path.
