Point11 seeks a dynamic sales professional to launch its first LATAM seller. You’ll own outbound to Spanish-speaking brands across Mexico, LATAM, and the US, writing compelling bilingual sequences to land meetings with senior decision-makers.

You will research accounts, book meetings, qualify inbound leads, and keep CRM clean while tracking weekly results. Hybrid role based in Mexico City with uncapped commissions and clear progression to Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Sales or business development experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Curious about AI and enterprise tech.
• Resilient to rejection.
• Based in Mexico City or open to relocation; hybrid role.

Responsabilités

• Own outbound to Spanish-speaking brands in Mexico, Latin America, and the US.
• Write bilingual sequences that get CMOs and heads of digital to take the meeting.
• Find industries where Point11 wins fastest in Latin America, and prove it with meetings.
• Research accounts, find the right person, and write the message that gets a reply.
• Book meetings, test sequences, watch the numbers, iterate.
• Qualify inbound and route it to the right Account Executive.
• Keep the CRM clean. Pipeline data is how the company decides.
• Report your numbers weekly, because you're proud of them.
