Cummins Inc. in Monterrey, MX, is seeking an entry-level Training Coordinator to coordinate and facilitate learning programs. You will design materials, support onboarding, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective, data-driven training outcomes. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is essential.

The role includes evaluating training impact, developing content, and supporting Global OnBoarding data flows from the CDBS site. On-site with potential flexibility.

Qualifications

• College/university degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience teaching, training, or facilitating learning sessions.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency for sessions and stakeholder engagement.
• Valid U.S. visa.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information to support decisions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and facilitate general and specific training programs per organizational needs.
• Support audience analysis and recommend learning solutions.
• Participate in planning, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.
• Create instructional content aligned with corporate standards (guides, presentations, assessments).
• Research external training options and evaluate vendor offerings.
• Support cost-benefit analysis of instructional materials and solutions.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees at the CDBS site.
• Provide operational support for Global OnBoarding data flow.
• Maintain training records and reports and develop evaluation plans.
• Analyze evaluation data to improve programs and report insights to leadership.
