nVent Enclosure Systems LLC in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks an HR Generalist to deliver HR services across policies, benefits, onboarding and payroll changes. You will collaborate with local teams, support engagement initiatives, and handle inquiries with discretion.

The position emphasizes HR documentation, audits, KPI reporting, and labor-law compliance while leveraging HRIS tools to maintain accurate data in a global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with HRIS systems including Workday and TRESS.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Support onboarding, benefits administration and HR services.

Responsabilidades

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Provide first-level support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• +2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required .
• Experience with HRIS systems, WORKDAY and TRESS system is required.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Support on Human Resources processes such as onboarding and benefit administration.
• Support HR alignment by collaborating with HR teams across the business to drive consistent execution of HR services.
• Management and reporting of KPIs, monthly HR metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Skills and competencies such as strong organizational and time management, customer focused mindset, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, problem solving and conflict resolution abilities and teamwork and collaboration.
