Celestica Inc. is seeking an HR Associate in Monterrey to support compensation, benefits, and development programs. You will interact with management and staff, assist with benefits questions, and help generate HR reports.

The role requires up to two years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong communication, data handling, and HRIS skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Geography-dependent educational requirements.
• Zero to two years of relevant HR experience.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates and facilitates compensation, training, and benefits programs.
• Communicates program changes to management and employees.
• Assists employees with questions about benefits plans.
• Partners with managers and Service Center to resolve HR issues.
• Generates reports and gathers information as requested.
• Maintains knowledge of HR policies and local HRIS reporting.
• Communicates with internal customers and conducts investigations.
• Manages sensitive employee information confidentially.
