Job summary

Ford of Mexico seeks a hands-on Supervisor, HR Shared Services to lead the regional HR team and ensure agile, reliable operations across South American markets. The role focuses on people, data, and process excellence in a Hybrid setup at the GTBC in Naucalpan.

The ideal candidate will implement continuous improvements, standardize processes, and responsibly use AI/automation while upholding data privacy and local requirements. Bilingual English/Portuguese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Experience in HR Shared Services or regional HR operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR Shared Services team with clear priorities, coaching, and ongoing training.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, data changes, benefits, timekeeping, and system updates.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation with global-local alignment.
• Provide employee support and handle inquiries about policies and processes.
• Coordinate HR Shared Services across South American markets with regional/global teams.
